Recent late/non-payment of rent issues were quickly nipped in the bud after consulting the manager, Glenn Hawthorne who was extremely helpful. My property was tenanted very quickly and Glenn always showed prospective tenants around in a most courteous and efficient manner. So 5 stars for Glenn. The only reason overall score is 4 is because there were some admin issues which, again, Glenn resolved.
Glenn Hawthorne at Allen and Harris has made ownership of my investment property so much easier. Always replies to emails by return and the issue is always acted on in an equally timely manner. His wealth of experience in the business is reflected in his knowledge of the law as it relates to property management keeps up to date with the changes in that. He knows immediately when a stronger approach is required with tenants or when it is appropriate to be tactful. He also has a great sense of humour essential I would imagine in his job. I would recommend him and this Company to any existing or prospective landlord. They are a pleasure to deal with.

The letting process was as fast and easy as possible with the agency showing great flexibility. Although the reactivity in respect to action required in the flat during the first weeks of tenancy was not entirely in line with our expectations, everything went back to normal and even high standard as soon as Denise joined the team and tackled the issues. She was of great help until the end of tenancy which she made smooth and easy beyond expectations. Definitely a friendly and efficient 5* lettings manager.

Excellent service We dealt with Sharon and the good first impression we had was backed up by excellent service and communication throughout the sales process. Whilst the sales process was fairly protracted, Sharon's ability to sort through issues quickly helped lead us all ultimately to a sale. When Sharon was not available, other colleagues pitched in to help out and sorted our queries quickly and efficiently.
We found everyone we dealt with at the Apartment Company helpful and professional at all times. We have both sold and bought through Knight Frank Bath. They are very professional, straight forward and honest. They give you really good advice and know the market very well. They provided regular updates of progress and status. Always there when you needed it and responded very quickly to requests etc. Not pompous like some and much more realistic about values (buying and selling) than many. Hopefully won't need to use them for a good few years but heartily recommend them.
At one point or another we came into contact with most of the team at Knight Frank in Bath and without exception they were highly professional and personable and instilled the confidence we lacked in other agents. From valuation, through obtaining a great price, to managing the sale and beyond, we remained very glad that we'd chosen to use Knight Frank and can't speak too highly of them.
