Local Bookshops

4-5 Milsom St, Bath BA1 1DA, UK – 01225 448515

A fantastic book shop spread over three floors - it feels like every book ever published is here. A wonderful place to browse - even if you know what you are looking for - I usually end of coming out with at least one more book than I intended to buy. The staff know their stuff and can help you find books if you are having trouble. They have their own coffee shop which is a nice are to relax before, after or during your book shopping. My only niggle is they are generally more expensive than buying online - but that's partially counterbalanced by the ability to browse at leisure.

My favourite branch of W/Stones! Great location in our great City. Well stocked, interesting events and friendly staff.

Mr B's Emporium Of Reading Delights

14-15 John St, Bath BA1 2JL, UK – 01225 331155

I would wholeheartedly recommend buying someone a book Spa! If they're not totally into reading it's a good way of getting them a bunch of books to give reading another try. And if they LOVE reading it's a great way to try books they may not normally choose. The staff really know their stuff and are so helpful and friendly.

What a delightful place. I just absolutely adore this shop. It's quirky, beautiful and just absolutely delightful. It truly is full of amazing reading delights. If you are a book lover then you need to visit this shop. The staff are always do knowledge, super friendly and approachable. I can't wait for my next visit.

Wow what an amazing place I could have stayed here for days. Helpful and friendly staff, lovely coffee, chairs and stools dotted about to sit and read. Bliss

This is by far the most amazing book shop I've ever visited. The staff were absolutely lovely and I could of spent all day in there
